Richard G. Silva, Jr, PGA - Managing Member / Director
In his role as President of M3G, Rick oversees the daily operations of the company while continuing to teach. Rick is a class “A” member of the PGA and has an extensive instruction background with TPI certifications in Golf Instructor, Level 3, Biomechanics, Level 2, and Junior Coaching, Level 2. His foundation of expertise was built during his tenure with Resort Golf Schools, where he oversaw the daily operations for facilities spanning over four states. Rick then accepted a position as Director of Instruction for Discovery Land Company, where he oversaw the daily instruction model for The Mirabel Club in Scottsdale, AZ, and Gozzer Ranch Golf and Lake Club in Coeur d’ Alene, ID. He also played an integral roll in the development of the Discovery Performance Center at Gozzer Ranch.
