BPC focuses on restoring flexibility while strengthening the stabilizer muscles of the core, shoulder, knew, hip, and ankles. These are all areas often associated with injury and usually neglected in other training programs.

All athletes will with go through BPC’s world renowned Advanced Athletic Assessment. This unique way of testing allows our professional PICP certified coaches to evaluate any areas of potential injury while pinpointing the specific areas the athlete needs to work on. After analyzing the Advanced Athletic Assessment, a workout will be constructed for each individual. This regiment will constantly change throughout the program to create continuous stress and demand on the athlete’s muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, and nervous system.

A testimonial from Josh Balch, a former S.P.A.R.Q. trainee:

Thank you so much for all of the help that you have given me throughout the years. I can still remember the first time walking into Poliquin as a freshman in high school as I was searching for some edge that could help me make a difference at the AAA level. Well thanks to you guys and the rest of the Poliquin staff, I was able to accomplish that and much more by winning a NCAA National Championship with Yale. I would have never been able to experience this if it wasn’t for you guys and for that I am thoroughly grateful. You guys made my dream become a reality.
Thanks so much,

Josh Balch - Yale University, NCCA National Champion, Hockey
