Strength and Conditioning Coach Mike Bystol and Charles Poliquin have over 50 years combined experience-training athletes. The first step in developing speed, power, strength and agility is fixing the weak links in the human chain. Every athlete has weaknesses within their movement patterns. These weaknesses could be flexibility, muscular or structural, mechanical, or imbalances of strength between muscle groups. These imbalances could be from a past injury or, most likely, from repetitive patterns within your sport. If these weaknesses are not addressed in the first phase of the athletes program, results will be limited and the risk of injury will actually be increased.
All Athletes at BPC will undergo our world-renown Advanced Athletic Structural Balance Assessment. With the results from this assessment, Athletes will have a multi-phase program tailor made to their specific weaknesses and sport. Alongside their training, athletes will undergo a BioSignature analysis that will illustrate and give data on their hormonal structure, allowing our staff to fine tune a nutrition and supplement program to optimize recovery, performance, body composition, and strength gains.
